Quality & Compliance
Agreed in writing, checked before shipment
We take a documented, requirement-first approach. Nothing about specification, packaging or paperwork is left implied.

Our Approach
Seven things we confirm on every order
Requirement-based specifications
Quality parameters are set from the buyer's specification sheet or, where none exists, agreed in writing before quoting. We do not assume a grade on your behalf.
Product documentation
The documentation set is defined by the product and the destination. We confirm what is needed for your consignment and what each party is responsible for arranging.
Packaging requirements
Packaging material, net weight per unit, labelling and marking are confirmed against your instruction and the handling conditions of the route.
Destination requirements
Import requirements differ by market. We review the destination's requirements for the product with the buyer before an order is confirmed.
Quality checks
Consignments are checked against the agreed specification before shipment. Any third-party inspection nominated by the buyer can be accommodated.
Shipment documentation
Shipping documents are prepared to match the confirmed order and the documentation set agreed with the buyer.
Buyer-specific compliance
Where a buyer works to its own supplier or compliance protocol, that protocol is reviewed at enquiry stage so expectations are clear from the start.
No assumptions
Commercial and quality requirements are confirmed with the buyer before supply is committed.
Documentation clarity
Required documents are discussed according to the product, transaction and destination market.
Written alignment
The agreed requirement becomes the reference point for procurement, preparation and shipment.
A Note on Certification
We publish only what we can stand behind
We do not display certificates, registrations or approvals on this website. Where a certification or specific document is required for your product or destination, it is discussed at enquiry stage and confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
